Mesh Belt Dryer

 

A mesh-belt dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. This air is delivered to the dryer via an induced draft fan (IDF) to dry the material. The material is conveyed by multiple layers of stainless steel mesh belts, which circulate and rotate within the dryer. The hot air flows from bottom to top through the mesh belts and the material layers, drying each layer. An electronic control system adjusts the IDF air volume, mesh belt speed, and dryer temperature based on the moisture content of the material to ensure optimal drying results and maximize efficiency.

Heat Pump Drying Chamber

 

The heat pump drying room works by compressing refrigerant through a compressor, turning it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. This gas then enters the condenser, releasing heat. This heat is then delivered to the drying room by a circulating fan, heating the air in the drying room (maximum outlet temperature can reach 75°C). As the air temperature rises, moisture in the drying material gradually evaporates, which is then removed by the fresh air dehumidification system, achieving the desired drying effect.

Microwave Drying and Sterilization Equipment

Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with frequencies between 300 MHz and 300 GHz. Water molecules in the heated medium are polar molecules. Under the influence of the rapidly changing high-frequency electromagnetic field, their polarity orientation changes with the external electric field, causing molecular motion and mutual friction. The microwave field energy is then converted into heat within the medium, raising the material temperature and triggering a series of physical and chemical processes, including thermalization and expansion, to achieve the purpose of microwave drying.

 

Mesh Belt Dryer

 

Working Principle:
Box-type mesh belt drying equipment is primarily used for continuous drying in batch production. It offers fast drying speeds, high evaporation rates, and excellent product quality. It is widely used for drying flaky, strip, and granular materials with good air permeability, such as Chinese medicinal herbs, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, local specialties, feed, and chemical raw materials.
