From a powder mixer with a maximum capacity of 8 liters (approx. 2.5 kg, depending on the density of the raw materials) all the way to a powder mixer with a maximum capacity of 500 liters (approx. 140 kg), this outstanding range of seven versatile and reliable mixers is suitable for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, the food industry including food technology applications, animal feed production, ceramics and metallurgy, and any application that requires thorough mixing of two or more dry powders or granules.
You don't have to worry about downtime impacting your deliveries. We take steps to minimize the potential for equipment failures. This includes mixers with built-in load cells that continuously measure the weight of the liquid, so operators know immediately if any spillage occurs. Also, our team conducts scheduled preventive maintenance on the mixers to minimize the potential for costly delays.
Our volume position and outstanding supplier relationships keep raw material costs to a minimum, so we can pass those savings on to you. Additional savings are available to customers who order in bulk quantities.
We take a sample of each batch and test it in our lab to make sure it meets the required test methods and specifications. All samples must pass inspection before we proceed to packaging. If a sample doesn't pass, we notify the customer about the nonconforming material and their options moving forward.

The VH mixer range goes from 8 to 500 litres, and uses sealed stainless steel tanks that can cope with wet as well as dry raw materials. Simple to clean and GMP compliant, the VH mixer is a versatile mixer that can be easily fitted in to your production line or facility.
The Ribbon Blenders range from 100 to 3000 litres, and use sealed stainless steel mixing blades and stainless steel tanks that can cope with wet as well as dry raw materials. Simple to clean and GMP compliant, the Ribbon Blenders have an electronic discharge pump that makes them especially easy to empty.
