The olive drying process is pivotal in olive oil production as it reduces the moisture content in olives, thereby increasing their oil content and setting the stage for subsequent oil extraction. This results in higher quality olive oil. The use of a heat pump dryer offers advantages such as faster, more energy-efficient drying at low temperatures, which preserves the nutritional value of the olives, ensuring a healthy and flavorful final product.

Olive drying allows for year-round production of olive oil, independent of seasonal variations, ensuring a consistent supply. This continuous production has spurred the development of new businesses and industries related to olive farming and oil processing, creating job opportunities and contributing to local economic growth.

it should be noted that the process of drying olives is an essential part of the olive oil production process that enhances the flavor and health benefits of our food. It is also essential to the production of high-quality olive oil and plays a major role in maintaining local economies by creating jobs and fostering the growth of industries that support olive farming and oil production.

Large industrial food dryers: a diverse selection to meet the needs of your production line

Big industrial food dryers are good for businesses with staff and workshops so they can set up production lines for drying goods. Owing to their size and internal capacity, these dehydrators are best used outdoors in a bigger workspace where multiple people may work together.

We manufacture many types of large food dryers, such as tunnel dryers, single-chamber dryers, double-chamber dryers, three-chamber dryers, and six-chamber dryers.

There are 42 trays set up to place goods on an industrial dryer with one chamber. More trays and a higher capacity are seen in larger machines.
Our mechanical tunnel food dryers don't have trays to hold items like cabinet machines do. Conveyor belts are used in tunnel food dehydrators to transport items from one side of the machine into the other when the drying process is finished.
