A cleaning machine is a complete set of equipment that integrates main technologies such as pumps, valves, high-pressure water injection, mechanical structure, transportation, automation, as well as auxiliary technologies such as sealing, ventilation, heat exchange, cleaning fluid filtration, oil removal, and chip removal. It is generally composed of several major systems such as transmission, cleaning, filtration, drying, oil removal, slag removal, and electrical control. The functions and implementation methods of each system are introduced as follows.
transmission system
The transmission system is an important component of the cleaning machine, and its design directly affects the overall performance of the machine. The design of the cleaning machine transmission system should meet the technical requirements of stable operation, simple structure, less wear of components, accurate positioning, and convenient end discharge. The implementation methods of the transmission system include stepper type, lifting start type, chain plate type, chain trolley type, motorized roller bed type, and other forms, among which the lifting start type can be divided into pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric.
Cleaning system
The cleaning system is responsible for the cleaning of components and is the core of the entire cleaning machine. The differences between universal, specialized, flexible, ultrasonic and other cleaning machines based on different principles are mainly reflected in the cleaning system. There are various cleaning system processes, such as spray cleaning systems, which have high and low pressure spray cleaning processes according to different parts and different cleaning requirements for different parts of the same part, as well as insertion and blocking cleaning processes in fixed point and positioning cleaning.
Filtering system
To improve the cleanliness of parts and component assemblies, filters must be installed in the cleaning device to strictly filter the cleaning solution. Therefore, the filtering system plays an important role in the cleaning machine. According to different filtration processes and filtration accuracy, filters can be divided into drum filters, paper tape filters, bag filters, and advanced self-cleaning filters.
drying system
After cleaning, the components need to undergo a drying system to remove their own moisture to avoid rusting and affecting assembly. The dehydration methods of the drying system include blow drying, drying, and vacuum drying, among which the blow drying method also includes compressed air drying, cold air drying, and hot air drying. The vacuum drying method has advanced technology and the best dehydration effect.
Oil removal system
During the cleaning process, oil stains are washed off the parts and enter the cleaning solution as impurities. If not quickly removed, it will weaken the cleaning effect. Therefore, the oil removal system is an essential and important component of the cleaning machine. According to the different structures and principles, the equipment used in the oil removal system includes mesh type oil remover, differential oil remover, disc type oil remover, chain type oil remover, etc.
Slag removal system
The slag removal system is mainly responsible for collecting and treating impurities such as iron filings and molding sand contained in the filtrate. The work of this system generally includes two aspects, namely the cleaning of impurities in the sewage entering the sediment tank and the cleaning of impurities filtered by the filtration system. Finally, all the impurities obtained are collected into the slag collection box.
Electronic control system
The electrical control system is used to control the working parameters of the cleaning machine to ensure the coordinated, safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the above major systems. The electrical control system of the cleaning machine generally adopts a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the main control system, with proximity switches and pressure
