Installation and debugging of powder screening machine

Preparation before installation of the powder screening machine. New vibrating screen equipment should be carefully inspected before installation. Due to the long storage time of manufactured finished products, such as bearing rust, aging of seals, or damage during transportation, new parts need to be replaced when encountering these problems. Also, if the vibration exciter is rust proof before leaving the factory and injected with rust proof oil, it should be replaced with lubricating oil before being officially put into operation. Before installation, you should carefully read the instructions and make sufficient preparations.
(1) Install support or suspension devices. During installation, the foundation should be leveled, and then the components should be installed in sequence according to the component diagram of the support or suspension device and the installation diagram of the sieve. Before installing the spring, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.
(2) Connect the sieve box to the support or suspension device. After installation, the inclination angle should be adjusted according to the regulations. For hanging screens, the inclination angle of the screen box and the level of the screen box spindle should be adjusted simultaneously. Generally, the horizontal levelness is adjusted first to eliminate the deviation of the sieve box. After horizontal correction, adjust the longitudinal inclination angle of the sieve box. The force on the isolation spring should be uniform, and its stress situation can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression amount of the two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same, and so should the two sets of springs at the discharge end. The spring compression amount at the discharge end and the feeding end can vary.
(3) Install the motor and triangular tape. During installation, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the centerline of the corresponding groove of the two tape wheels should overlap, and the tension requirement of the triangular tape should be appropriate.
(4) Install and fix the screen surface as required.
(5) Check the fixation of various connecting components of the sieve (such as sieve plates, vibrators, etc.), and the sieve should be evenly tensioned to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and control box is correct, and rotate the transmission part by hand to check if it operates normally.
(6) Check the feeding and discharging chutes of the sieve and the funnel under the sieve for any collision during operation.
