Airflow sieve powder machine
The airflow screening machine abandons the traditional principle of gravitational potential energy operation and opens up a new screening method for carrying fluid kinetic energy to do work. It uses high-speed airflow as a carrier in a closed state, allowing fully diffused powder particles to spray into the screen with sufficient kinetic energy, achieving the goal of rapid classification. The fine powder material flows into the inlet of the feeding hopper through the feeding hopper, immediately diffusing and mixing with air to form a mist. Under the action of the rotating wind wheel, it is sprayed through the mesh in a whirlwind shape. Under the action of the induced draft fan, all the gas and fine powder enter the settling chamber, and the finished fine powder is discharged from the lower part after settling. The gas with a small amount of dust enters the dust removal bag, and after purification, it is discharged outside the bag. Materials with a particle diameter greater than the mesh cannot pass through the mesh, and will fall into the sieve tray and be discharged from the machine through the slag discharge port.
