Use and maintenance of powder screening machine

1. The powder screening machine should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, and it is best to avoid starting with material. The material can only be fed after the screen machine runs smoothly. Before stopping the machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the machine can only be stopped after the screening material is discharged.
2. During the work process, the operation of the screening machine should be regularly observed. If abnormal movement or noise is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner to identify the cause and eliminate the fault.
3. The vibrator bearing is lubricated with No. 2 lithium grease. Normally, lubricating grease should be added every two months, and the amount should not be too much, otherwise it may cause the bearing to overheat. After using the vibrator for 6 months, check the grease condition. If it becomes dry or has hard lumps, clean and replace it with new grease. The bearings should be cleaned and inspected once a year.
